Making Apricot Jam

It's summer time... time for making jam!
We went to our friends who have three large apricot trees and started picking. Many were already on the ground... We ate as we picked. Delicious!

Disneyland

Wednesday, we joined Papa and Jeamie at Disneyland for the day. The kids rode Thunder Mountain Railroad 8 times during the day/night. I think it might be their favorite ride!

A nice shot of Ben and Sarah!

We spent the day in Ventura at the beach... it was a little chilly, but the sun did come out. It was a quiet day at the beach and the kids had fun.

Kids got to try out the fire hose...

Station 149 Field Trip

Today Emily and Brandon went with Em's kindergarten class to Station 149 to check out the firetruck!

Here's Em in the driver's seat!

Here's the firehouse map where our house is located... next to a fire hydrant...

Em's kindergarten class and the firemen of Station 149.

When we got a tour of the firehouse kitchen, Brandon insisted that I take a picture of their toaster because it's the same as ours :)
