The Grove

The son of one of Matt's college friends gradutated college today. The party was held at Maggiano's Restaurant in The Grove. This is a part of Los Angeles that we had never visited before. What an amazing area! Here's an overview of The Grove. They had a trolley you could ride.




There was large fountain with changing water patterns. Here's Sarah with the fountain in the background.

There were some statues set up to look like kids selling Lemonade. Here's Emily, Brandon and Ben.






Adjacent to "The Grove" is Farmer's Market. This was a labrynth of shops and restraunts with an amazing assortment of things to see. Out front was a old restored gas station.

Once inside farmers market, there was no shortage of interesting places to explore. We found a nice Ice Cream shop.



By the time we had looked around, the kids were getting quite tired. It was time to go home. Brandon found a nice spot to relax.
